Delivery and return

1. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, the usual delivery time from the placement of the order is as follows:

• GLS: 1-3 business days.

Delivery prices:

There is free delivery on all orders over DKK 699 in Denmark.

For orders below, delivery costs in Denmark are DKK 40 per. order delivered to GLS parcel shop.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and to the package shop.

If there is no space in the parcel box or at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact the freight company in question or contact us at kundeservice@rebelcompany.dk

REBEL COMPANY ApS is not obliged to deliver goods that are sold out of stock.

We ship to all countries within the EU.

2. Return

If you bought products from us that did not fit the size or just were not right for you, you have a 14-day full right of return.
The item must be unused and price tags must be unbroken.

1. Download the return form HER .
2. Fill out the return form to be included in the package.
3. Pack the items you want to send back, as well as the return slip.

4. Through our return portal, you must buy and print a package label, which you then put on the package. Link to the return portal HER

5. Deliver your package to the nearest GLS parcel shop or post office

When we receive your package, we process the order. If the order complies with all the conditions for return, the money will be refunded to the same card that has been used to complete the order.

Note that you bear the cost of returning an item. The price for a package label is NOK 50
